I am unable to input any remarks for additional condiments for McDonald's food items using Grabfood/foodpanda ordering platform. Why am I redirected to Foodpanda or Grabfood customer service even though my order was prepared by McDonald's? I only have EZ-Link and no cash. Can I still make my purchase? Why not?
