No, you must select and confirm your preferred purchase & collection time slot before 17 Jan 2025, 5pm.

Terms and conditions (“Terms”)

Hanbaobao Pte Ltd (McDonald’s®) (“McDonald’s”) My Melody Mahjong Set Promotion (the “Promotion”)

The Promotion involves the exchange of 3,888 McDonald’s app points which shall qualify participants to be eligible to purchase McDonald's My Melody Mahjong Set at $228 on the following terms & conditions:

Eligibility and Mechanics

This Promotion applies only to the first 3,000 McDonald’s app account holders that have opted in to MyMcDonald’s Rewards Programme membership who have successfully exchanged 3,888 points on the McDonald’s app to redeem the ‘McDonald's My Melody Mahjong Set’ (“MMJ Set”) deal on the McDonald’s app (the “Deal”) from 13/01/2025 15:00hrs onwards whilst stocks lasts (“Participant”).
The exchange of 3,888 points is strictly non-refundable at the point of Deal redemption.
Upon Deal redemption, each Participant must click on the Deal tab to select and confirm a purchase time slot on the McDonald’s App by 17/01/2025 17:00hrs in order to be eligible to purchase one MMJ Set at the Purchase Venue (defined below).
This confirmed time slot shall be sent to Participant in the form of an email by 17/01/2025, failing which McDonald's reserves the right to rescind or deprioritise the Participant’s eligibility to purchase.
Employees of McDonald’s shall not be eligible to participate in this Promotion and McDonald’s reserves the right to withdraw or forfeit the MMJ Set at any time if this is found to be the case for any Participant. Each Participant hereby agrees to this.

Purchase & Collection Conditions

Each Participant is eligible to purchase only one MMJ Set by payment of S$228.
Participant must purchase the MMJ Set at the McDonald’s restaurant at 3 Temasek Blvd #02-732 Suntec City only (“Purchase Venue”), between 20/01/2025 and 23/01/2025, 15:00hrs to 21:00hrs inclusive only (“Purchase Period”), failing which Participant will not be entitled to purchase the MMJ Set and no refunds whatsoever will be issued.
Only the Participant shall be allowed to join the purchasing and collection queue at the Purchase Venue.
At the Purchase Venue within the Purchase Period, Participant must scan the Deal on their McDonald’s app at the McDonald’s Self-ordering Kiosk (“SOK”) to obtain a receipt of purchase (“SOK Receipt”). Screenshots or photos of the Deal will not be accepted and shall not be eligible for purchase.
Participant must present the SOK Receipt at the Purchase Venue MMJ Set collection point to collect the MMJ Set.
If the SOK Receipt is lost, damaged, or cannot be presented at the Purchase Venue MMJ Set collection point within the Purchase Period, Participant shall forfeit the right to collect the MMJ Set and no refunds whatsoever will be provided.
If Participant finds a MMJ Set to be defective and in need of replacement, a written request to https://custcare.mcdonalds.com.sg/hc/en-us/requests/new must be made by 24/01/2025 21:00 attaching supporting photographs or videos of the defects, failing which Participant shall forfeit the right to request a replacement MMJ Set and no refunds whatsoever will be provided.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, a defective MMJ Set eligible for replacement shall be limited to missing components, physical damage, printing errors or defects that requires replacement solely in McDonald’s opinion and discretion. McDonald’s reserves the sole right and discretion to review and validate defect claims on a case-by-case basis and determine the need and type of replacement. Defects caused by loss, misplacement, misuse, wear and tear, or personal damage will not be eligible for replacement.
Thereafter, Participants agree and accept that McDonald's is not liable for any subsequent claims or request for replacement of a defective MMJ Set for any reasons whatsoever, and no refunds whatsoever will be provided.

Additional Conditions

Failure to comply with each of the above Purchase & Collection Conditions shall forfeit Participant’s eligibility to purchase or collect the MMJ Set and no refunds whatsoever will be issued.
In participating in this Promotion, the Participant agrees to be photographed and consents to McDonald's and its affiliates to use his/her name and image for publicity purposes in connection with the Promotion without any further compensation and/or further notification. In the event any Participant elects not to be photographed and/or does not allow McDonald's and its affiliates to use his/her name and image for publicity purposes in connection with the Promotion, Participant shall highlight this to McDonald’s immediately, and no later than arrival at the Purchase Venue, and McDonald's the absolute discretion to disqualify Participant’s eligibility to purchase and collect the MMJ Set and no refunds whatsoever will be issued.
By participating in this Promotion, the Participant consents to McDonald’s and its affiliates, collecting, using or disclosing the Participant’s personal data that was submitted under this Promotion and that McDonald’s and its affiliates may have in our records from time to time. Such personal data may include without limitation the Participant’s name, telephone number and email address as well as their image, picture, photographs or likeness. The Participant confirms they have read and understood and that they agree to the McDonald’s Privacy Policy.
The purposes for which personal data collected by McDonald’s and its affiliates from the Participant may be used and/ or shared with third parties include but are not limited to conducting and administering the Promotion and communicating with the Participant in relation to the Promotion.
Participants should ensure their communication settings and personal details in the McDonald’s app have been updated to ensure McDonald’s and its affiliates can reach them for any reason whatsoever in respect of the Deal.
McDonald’s and its affiliates shall not be liable to the Participants for damages, losses, costs or expenses, lost profits, revenue, business or anticipated savings suffered or incurred by the Participant arising out of or about their participation in the Promotion or the redemption, purchase, collection or the use of the MMJ Set.

McDonald's reserves the right to amend or introduce other Purchase & Collection Conditions to ensure safety and order at the Purchase Venue and Participant shall comply with said Purchase & Collection Conditions, failing which Participant will not be entitled to purchase the MMJ Set and no refunds whatsoever will be issued.
McDonald’s and its affiliates reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time and without any prior notice. Continued participation in this Promotion will constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions and any amendments thereof.
If any of these Terms are held to be illegal or unenforceable, such Terms shall be deemed to be deleted from these Terms and the validity or enforceability of the remainder of the Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and all Participants agree to be bound by the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore Courts.
In the event of any dispute in relation to the eligibility of the Participants or the Terms herein, each Participant hereby agrees that the decision of McDonald's shall be final and binding.
