Redemption Instructions:

Log in to your McDonald’s app and click on the ‘Deals & Rewards’ icon from 16 June 2025, 3pm onwards.
The ‘Autographed McDonald’s x tokidoki Collector’s Box’ reward will be available first. Once it is fully redeemed, the ‘McDonald’s x tokidoki Collector’s Box’ reward will be available.
Please ensure that you will be available for the physical collection of the item on the collection dates & time before redeeming the reward. Do note that the Autographed McDonald’s x tokidoki Collector’s Box will only be available for collection on 28 June 2025.
Confirm that you have sufficient MyMcDonald’s Rewards points and click “Redeem” to proceed with redemption of the reward.
Once successful, you will be issued a unique collection code for the collection of the McDonald’s x tokidoki Collector’s Box.
Each unique collection code entitles you to 1 (ONE) McDonald’s x tokidoki Collector’s Box.
If you have redeemed the ‘Autographed McDonald’s x tokidoki Collector’s Box’ reward, no booking is required. You may collect your item on 28 June 2025 at the stated venue and time below.
If you have redeemed the ‘McDonald’s x tokidoki Collector’s Box’ reward, secure your preferred collection time slot on the E-booking page by clicking on ‘Redeem’ on the ‘McDonald’s x tokidoki Collector’s Box’ reward before 28 June 2025.

Please note that the queue will close 15 minutes before the closing time, and strictly no entries will be allowed after.

For Autographed McDonald’s x tokidoki Collector’s Boxes (First 500 Redemptions):
Must be collected on 28 June 2025, between 10am – 8pm at Great World Atrium. No booking required.

For McDonald’s x tokidoki Collector’s Boxes (All Other Redemptions):
Can be collected from 28–30 June 2025. A booking is required via the McDonald’s app.

Collection Instructions:

Head down to Great World during your selected date and time.
Ensure you are logged into your McDonald’s app account and have the ‘Autographed McDonald’s x tokidoki Collector’s Box’ or ‘McDonald’s x tokidoki Collector’s Box’ reward in your ‘Deals & Rewards’ page.
Tap on the reward to view your unique collection code.
Present the reward and unique collection code you’ve received on the ‘Deals & Rewards’ page in the McDonald’s app to the staff on duty before you join the queue. Strictly no screenshots or photographs of the reward and unique collection code will be accepted.
At the collection counter, flash your unique collection code to the staff on duty to collect your Collector’s Box.

Sorry Sir/Madam, but the McDonald’s x tokidoki Collector’s Box is not available for purchase. Alternatively, you can purchase a McDonald’s x tokidoki Charm at $7.90 with any purchase of Chicken McNuggets meal. The meal and collectible box are available at McDonald's restaurants, via the McDonald's app, Drive-Thru, McDelivery, Deliveroo, Grab Food, Food Panda, excluding McDonald's Changi Airport Terminal 2 Transit Lounge. While stocks last.

Q: Can I make a reservation for the McDonald’s x tokidoki Collector’s Box?
Sorry Sir/Madam, members’ access to the McDonald’s x tokidoki Collector’s Box on 16 June 2025 is only available for redemption on the McDonald’s app. As the number of McDonald’s x tokidoki Collector’s Box are limited, you are highly encouraged to redeem the reward with your MyM Rewards points as soon as possible on 16 June 2025, from 3pm.

To be fair to all MyM members who are interested in redeeming a McDonald’s x tokidoki Collector’s Box, we are making the product only available for redemption via the McDonald’s app.

Q: I am unable to head down during the stipulated dates & times for collection. Can I come down on another day or get someone else to present a screenshot of the promo code?

The collection period is strictly restricted to the dates, times & location stated. No phone screenshots or photographs will be accepted as well. You are strongly advised to ensure that you are available for collection before redeeming on the McDonald’s app.

Q: Can I collect the McDonald's x tokidoki Collector’s Box anytime at Great World within the collection dates and times?

If you have redeemed the Autographed McDonald’s x tokidoki Collector’s Box, you can only collect it on 28 June 2025 between 10am-8pm. No booking is required.

If you have redeemed the McDonald’s x tokidoki Collector’s box, you must select and confirm your preferred collection date time slot before 28 Jun 2025.

You can do so by clicking on the ‘McDonald's x tokidoki Collector’s Box’ Reward on the ‘Deals & Rewards’ Tab and it will redirect you to an e-booking form where you can select your preferred time slot. Do note that the time slots are on a first come first serve basis.

You may only collect your McDonald's x tokidoki Collector’s Box at the stipulated location stated and at your selected date and timeslot.

Q: I have successfully redeemed the ‘McDonald’s x tokidoki Collector’s Box’ reward. Can I request for delivery of the item, instead of pick-up?

Q: I have collected the McDonald’s x tokidoki Collector’s Box, but I don’t like it. Can I get a refund of my MyM Rewards points?

Q: I have received a defective item. What should I do?
We’re sorry, Sir/Madam. If you have received a defective item and in need of replacement, please send a written request to https://custcare.mcdonalds.com.sg/hc/en-us/requests/new before 9 Jul 2025, 11.59pm. Please note that there will be no replacement of the box casing. Thereafter, any requests for replacements will not be entertained. There are strictly no refunds of points. Thank you.

Q: Will you be bringing in more stock?

The McDonald’s x tokidoki Collector’s Box is available for a limited time only, available while stocks last.

We are unable to, at the moment, bring in additional stocks once they are sold out. However, you may stay tuned to the McDonald’s app for more upcoming exciting initiatives for MyM members!

Terms and conditions (“Terms”)

Hanbaobao Pte Ltd (McDonald’s®) (“McDonald’s”) McDonald’s x Tokidoki Collector’s Box Promotion (the “Promotion”)

The Promotion involves the exchange of 2,500 McDonald’s app points which shall qualify participants to be eligible to collect the Autographed McDonald’x tokidoki Collector’s Box (“Autographed Collector’s Box”) and/or McDonald's x tokidoki Collector’s Box (“Standard Collector’s Box”) (collectively known as “Collector’s Box(es)”) on the following terms & conditions:

Eligibility and Mechanics

This Promotion applies only to McDonald’s app account holders that have opted in to MyMcDonald’s Rewards Programme membership who have successfully exchanged 2,500 points on the McDonald’s app to redeem the Collector’s Box reward on the McDonald’s app (the “Reward”) from 16/06/2025 15:00hrs onwards (“Participant”).
The Reward will be released in 2 phases from 16/06/2025 15:00hrs onwards. The ‘Autographed McDonald’s x tokidoki Collector’s Box’ reward will be available for redemption first, limited to the first 500 redemptions only. Upon full redemption of the ‘Autographed McDonald’s x tokidoki Collector’s Box’ reward, the remaining Standard ‘McDonald’s x tokidoki Collector’s Box’ reward will be made available for redemption, limited to the next 2,500 redemptions.
The exchange of 2,500 points is strictly non-refundable at the point of Reward redemption.
Upon Reward redemption, Participants will receive a unique collection code (“Collection Code”). Each Collection Code entitles the Participant to one (1) Collector’s Box.
Participants who redeemed the ‘Autographed McDonald’s x tokidoki Collector’s Box’ Reward must collect the Autographed Collector’s Box on 28/06/2025, between 10:00hrs and 20:00hrs (SGT), at the designated Primary Collection Venue defined below. No advance booking is required.
Participants who redeemed the Standard ‘McDonald’s x tokidoki Collector’s Box’ Reward are required to book a collection date and time slot via the McDonald’s app by 27/06/2025, 10:00hrs (SGT), failing which McDonald's reserves the right to rescind or deprioritise the Participant’s eligibility to collect. This confirmed date and time slot shall be sent to the Participant in the form of an email by 28/06/2025.

Collection Conditions

Participants who have redeemed the ‘Autographed McDonald’s x tokidoki Collector’s Box’ Reward must collect their Autographed Collector’s Box at the Great World Atrium, 1 Kim Seng Promenade, Singapore 237994 (“Primary Collection Venue”) on 28/06/2025 between 10:00hrs and 20:00hrs only, failing which Participant will not be entitled to collect the Autographed Collector’s Box and no refunds whatsoever will be issued.
Participants who have redeemed the Standard ‘McDonald’s x tokidoki Collector’s Box’ Reward must collect their Standard Collector’s Box at the Collection Venue on 28/06/2025 between 10:00hrs and 20:00hrs or at Great World (area beside Lee Hwa Jewellery), 1 Kim Seng Promenade, Singapore 237994 (“Secondary Collection Venue”) from 29/06/2025 - 29/06/2025 between 11:00hrs and 20:00hrs daily, failing which Participant will not be entitled to collect the Standard Collector’s Box and no refunds whatsoever will be issued.
Only the Participant shall be allowed to join the collection queue at Primary Collection Venue and Secondary Collection Venue (collectively known as “Collection Venue”).
At the Collection Venue, Participants must present their Collection Code on their McDonald’s app to the staff on duty. Screenshots or photos of the Collection Code will not be accepted and shall not be eligible for collection.
If the Collection Code is lost or cannot be presented at the Collection Venue, Participant shall forfeit the right to collect the Collector’s Box and no refunds whatsoever will be provided.
If Participant finds a Collector’s Box to be defective and in need of replacement, a written request to https://custcare.mcdonalds.com.sg/hc/en-us/requests/new must be made by 09/07/2025 21:00 attaching supporting photographs or videos of the defects, failing which Participant shall forfeit the right to request a replacement Collector’s Box and no refunds whatsoever will be provided.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, a defective Collector’s Box eligible for replacement shall be limited to missing components, physical damage, printing errors or defects that require replacement solely in McDonald’s opinion and discretion. McDonald’s reserves the sole right and discretion to review and validate defect claims on a case-by-case basis and determine the need and type of replacement. Defects caused by loss, misplacement, misuse, wear and tear, or personal damage will not be eligible for replacement. There will be no replacement of the box casing.
Thereafter, Participants agree and accept that McDonald's is not liable for any subsequent claims or request for replacement of a defective Collector’s Box for any reasons whatsoever, and no refunds whatsoever will be provided.

Additional Conditions

Failure to comply with each of the above Collection Conditions shall forfeit Participant’s eligibility to collect the Collector’s Box and no refunds whatsoever will be issued.
In participating in this Promotion, the Participant agrees to be photographed and consents to McDonald's and its affiliates to use his/her name and image for publicity purposes in connection with the Promotion without any further compensation and/or further notification. In the event any Participant elects not to be photographed and/or does not allow McDonald's and its affiliates to use his/her name and image for publicity purposes in connection with the Promotion, Participant shall highlight this to McDonald’s immediately, and no later than arrival at the Collection Venue, and McDonald's the absolute discretion to disqualify Participant’s eligibility to collect the Collector’s Box and no refunds whatsoever will be issued.
By participating in this Promotion, the Participant consents to McDonald’s and its affiliates, collecting, using or disclosing the Participant’s personal data that was submitted under this Promotion and that McDonald’s and its affiliates may have in our records from time to time. Such personal data may include without limitation the Participant’s name, telephone number and email address as well as their image, picture, photographs or likeness. The Participant confirms they have read and understood and that they agree to the McDonald’s Privacy Policy.
The purposes for which personal data collected by McDonald’s and its affiliates from the Participant may be used and/ or shared with third parties include but are not limited to conducting and administering the Promotion and communicating with the Participant in relation to the Promotion.
Participants should ensure their communication settings and personal details in the McDonald’s app have been updated to ensure McDonald’s and its affiliates can reach them for any reason whatsoever in respect of the Reward.
McDonald’s and its affiliates shall not be liable to the Participants for damages, losses, costs or expenses, lost profits, revenue, business or anticipated savings suffered or incurred by the Participant arising out of or about their participation in the Promotion or the redemption, purchase, collection or the use of the Collector’s Box.

McDonald's reserves the right to amend or introduce other Collection Conditions to ensure safety and order at the Collection Venue and Participant shall comply with said Collection Conditions, failing which Participant will not be entitled to collect the Collector’s Box and no refunds whatsoever will be issued.
McDonald’s and its affiliates reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time and without any prior notice. Continued participation in this Promotion will constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions and any amendments thereof.
If any of these Terms are held to be illegal or unenforceable, such Terms shall be deemed to be deleted from these Terms and the validity or enforceability of the remainder of the Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and all Participants agree to be bound by the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore Courts.
In the event of any dispute in relation to the eligibility of the Participants or the Terms herein, each Participant hereby agrees that the decision of McDonald's shall be final and binding.
McDonald’s and its affiliates reserve the rights to change the mechanics of this promotion.
McDonald’s and its affiliates reserve the right to end this promotion at any time.
