Terms & Conditions of McDonald's KPOP Rave Party 2026

Hanbaobao Pte Ltd (“McDonald’s”) KPOP Rave Party 2026 Prize Giveaway (the “Prize Giveaway”)

The KPOP Rave Party involves buying KPOP Rave Party Bundles on the McDonald's App whereby participants can qualify for Prize Giveaways.


 

KPOP Rave Party Bundle

1. Each KPOP Rave Party Bundle is priced at S$39.90.
2. Each KPOP Rave Party Bundle comprises:
   • Two (2) Spicy Bulgogi Chicken Burger OR Bulgogi Beef Burger Upsized Extra Value Meals; and
   • Two (2) entry tickets to the McDonald’s KPOP Rave Party.
3. A total of sixty (60) KPOP Rave Party Bundles will be made available for purchase, on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last.
4. The KPOP Rave Party Bundle will be available for purchase exclusively via the McDonald’s App from 1 October 2026, 3:00pm onwards, while stocks last.
5. Each eligible customer may purchase the KPOP Rave Party Bundle subject to the applicable purchase limits and availability on the McDonald’s App.
6. The Spicy Bulgogi Chicken Burger or Bulgogi Beef Burger selection is subject to availability and such other terms as may be specified on the McDonald’s App.
7. McDonald’s reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the KPOP Rave Party Bundle and/or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

KPOP Rave Party (16 October, 8.30pm to 11pm)

Eligibility for Participants

1. This KPOP Rave Party will be governed by these standard terms and conditions ("Terms"). By participating in this KPOP Rave Party, the Participant (as defined below) confirms that to have hereby read,  understood and hereby agreed to be bound by, and to comply with, these Terms. Non-compliance with or breach of any of the Terms may disqualify the Participant, and any prize won by the Participant may be forfeited, withheld, withdrawn or reclaimed.
2. Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or above. 
   
    
3. The qualification period for the KPOP Rave Party commences on 16 October 2026 08:30PM to 16 October 2026 10:30PM. The Prize Giveaway timing will be at 9.30PM - 10.00PM and 10.30PM - 11.00PM respectively (2 Draws). 
4. Prize Giveaway eligibility and mechanics:

1. The Prize Giveaway is open only to registered attendees of the Rave Party event ("Event") who satisfy the eligibility requirements prescribed by the Organiser.
2. Upon registration, each eligible participant will receive one (1) Prize Giveaway ticket bearing a unique ticket number. Participants must deposit the designated portion of the ticket into the Prize Giveaway Box and retain the corresponding ticket stub for verification purposes.
3. Lost, stolen, damaged, defaced, altered, illegible or tampered tickets and ticket stubs shall be void and will not be replaced.
4. Only tickets deposited into the Prize Giveaway Box before the official closure of entries shall be eligible for the Prize Giveaway.
5. Participants must be physically present at the Event venue at the time of the Prize Giveaway and must retain their original ticket stub to be eligible to claim a prize.
6. Prize winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.
7. The winning ticket number will be announced up to three (3) times. The holder of the winning ticket must present himself or herself to the Organiser within sixty (60) seconds of the final announcement.
8. The winner must produce the original matching ticket stub and, upon request by the Organiser, provide satisfactory proof of identity for verification purposes.
9. Any participant who fails to: a. respond within the stipulated time; b. produce the matching ticket stub; c. satisfy the verification requirements; or d. comply with these Terms and Conditions,shall forfeit the prize, and the Organiser reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
10. All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash, credit or any other form of compensation.
11. Winners may be required to sign a Prize Acknowledgement Form confirming receipt of the prize.
12. By accepting a prize, winners consent to the taking of photographs, video recordings and/or other publicity materials featuring them and to the use of such materials by the Organiser for publicity, marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
13. Any personal data collected in connection with the Prize Giveaway shall be used by the Organiser for the administration of the Prize Giveaway and related purposes in accordance with the Organiser's privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.
14. The Organiser reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any participant who breaches these Terms and Conditions or who engages in conduct deemed by the Organiser to be improper, fraudulent or prejudicial to the administration of the Prize Giveaway.
15. Subject to applicable laws, the Organiser's decisions on all matters relating to the Prize Giveaway shall be final and binding.

Selection of Winners

4. There will be a total of 7 winners for the Prize Giveaway. Each eligible Participant can only win once in this Prize Giveaway. The Winners will be selected at random and the various tier of Winners to be chosen are as follows:

5. The Prizes, or any part thereof, shall not be transferable, exchangeable, redeemable or substituted for cash or other benefits. In addition, McDonald’s and its affiliates, makes no warranty whatsoever as to the Prizes, including without limitation, the availability, quality, and fitness for purpose, or the use or consumption thereof or any other implied terms or conditions with respect to the Prizes.
   
    
6. McDonald’s and its affiliates, are not and shall not be deemed to be the seller or transferor of the Prizes. Any dispute about the value, quality, condition or service standard of the Prize must be resolved directly with the respective manufacturer, merchants and/or suppliers of the Prize. The Prizes shall be subject to such other terms and conditions as may be imposed by the relevant manufacturer, merchants and/or suppliers of the Prize Terms. Each Winner hereby agrees to be bound by these Prize Terms and hereby absolves McDonald’s from any liability and responsibility in this respect.
   
    
7. McDonald’s and its affiliates reserve the right to replace any Prize with another of equivalent value without prior notice.
   
   
    
8. Collection
   1. The winning ticket number will be announced up to three (3) times. The holder of the winning ticket must present himself or herself to the Organiser within sixty (60) seconds of the final announcement. The winner must produce the original matching ticket stub and, upon request by the Organiser, provide satisfactory proof of identity for verification purposes.
   2. Any participant who fails to: a. respond within the stipulated time; b. produce the matching ticket stub; c. satisfy the verification requirements; or d. comply with these Terms and Conditions,shall forfeit the prize, and the Organiser reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
   3. In accepting the Prize, the Winner agrees to be photographed and allows McDonald’s and its affiliates to use his/her name and image for publicity purposes in connection with the Prize Giveaway without any further compensation and/or further notification. In the event any Winner elects not to be photographed and/or does not allow McDonald’s and its affiliates to use his/her name and image for publicity purposes in connection with the Promotion, McDonald’s and its affiliates reserves the right and has the absolute discretion to award the Prize to the next reserve Winner drawn or deal with it in any manner deemed fit in its sole and absolute discretion.
      
       
   4. If a Winner is disqualified for any reason including due to ineligibility or failing to comply with the arrangements for the distribution of the Prize or failing to comply with any of these Terms, McDonald’s and its affiliates shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected or unsuccessful efforts to contact and notify a Winner, to the extent that this arises from the Winner’s failure to comply with any of these Terms.

9. Personal Data
   1. By participating in this Prize Giveaway, the eligible Participant consents to McDonald’s and its affiliates, collecting, using or disclosing the Participant’s personal data that was submitted under this Prize Giveaway and that McDonald’s and its affiliates may have in our records from time to time. Such personal data may include without limitation the Participant’s name, telephone number and email address as well as their image, picture, photographs or likeness. The eligible Participant confirms they have read and understood and that they agree to the McDonald’s Privacy Policy.
      
       
   2. The purposes for which personal data collected by McDonald’s and its affiliates from the eligible Participant may be used and/ or shared with third parties include but are not limited to conducting and administering the Prize Giveaway and communicating with the eligible Participant in relation to the Prize Giveaway.

10. Others
    1. McDonald’s decisions on the Prize Giveaway, the Prizes and the Winners shall be final and no correspondence will be entertained under any circumstances. In the event of a dispute, any individual’s entitlement to participate in the Prize Giveaway and any person’s entitlement to the Prizes shall be subject to our sole discretion and final determination.
    2. McDonald’s and its affiliates shall not be liable to the Participants for damages, losses, costs or expenses, lost profits, revenue, business or anticipated savings suffered or incurred by the Participant arising out of or about their participation in the Prize Giveaway or the redemption or the use of any Prize.

    4. McDonald’s and its affiliates reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time and without notice. Continued participation in this Prize Giveaway will constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions and any amendments thereof.
       
        
    5. If any of these Terms are held to be illegal or unenforceable, such Term shall be deemed to be deleted from these Terms and the validity or enforceability of the remainder of the Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
       
        
    6. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and all eligible Participants agree to be bound by the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore Courts.
       
        
    7. In the event of any dispute in relation to the Prize Giveaway, the Prizes or the terms and conditions herein, each Participant hereby agrees that the decision of McDonald's shall be final and binding.
