Condiments Policy

  1. Why are you now (from Jan 2) charging for additional condiments?
  2. What are the new charges? Are you also going to charge for ketchup and chili sauce?
  3. How do you determine the quantity of allocated sauces is sufficient?
  4. I paid for a specific amount of sauce but it was missing in my order. Will you be refunding me for the missing sauce?
  5. I have a large order. Does that mean I have to indicate the exact number of condiments and extra sauces?
  6. I do not agree with your policy and refuse to pay for additional sauces. How can you address my concerns?
