  • Mechanics: Buy 6 cups of McCafé Coffee for $9.90
  • Purchase Period: 8 Jun - 5 Jul 2026
  • Redemption Period: 30 days from Coffee Voucher Pack purchase date.
    Example: If you purchase the Voucher Pack on 5 Jul 2026, you would have until 4 Aug 2026 to redeem your Coffee Deals.
     

How To Purchase ‘McCafé Coffee Voucher Pack’:

  1. Ensure you are signed into your McDonald’s app account. 
  2. Tap on the ‘Deals and Rewards’ tab to view the ‘McCafé Coffee Voucher Pack’.

  1. Redeem and check out the Coffee Voucher Pack via Mobile Order (Pick-up/Dine-In only). You may choose any store to purchase from, and add it to your usual order.

  1. Your 6x Coffee Deals will appear under your ‘Deals & Rewards’ page within up to 15 minutes after successful purchase.

How To Redeem Each McCafé Coffee Deal:

  1. Sign into your McDonald’s app.
  2. Head to ‘Deals and Rewards’ and tap on your McCafé Coffee Deal.

  1. Redeem your McCafé Coffee Deal via:
    • Front Counter
    • Mobile Order (Pick-up/Dine-In)
    • Self-Ordering Kiosk (SOK)

    • Drive-Thru

       

  2. Check out and enjoy your coffee!

    You may choose from this list of McCafé beverages:

    • McCafé Americano
    • McCafé Iced Americano
    • McCafé Cappuccino
    • McCafé Latte
    • McCafé Iced Latte

    Upgrade Options

    You may also upgrade your coffee during redemption:

    • +$1 for a White Chocolate Macadamia Latte (Hot/Iced)
    • +$2 for any Frappé of choice (Double Chocolate/Caramel/Mocha) 

Upgrade charges apply per redemption. Availability may vary by restaurant.
 

 

Redemption Notes

McCafé Coffee Deals can be redeemed at all McDonald’s restaurants, available while stocks last. You may only redeem 1 Coffee Deal per transaction. The deals are redeemable in-store via our Front Counter, Mobile Order (Pick-up/Dine-In), Self-Ordering Kiosks (SOK) and at the Drive-Thru. 

Note: Not available on third-party delivery services (McDelivery/GrabFood/foodpanda).

Q: I have successfully purchased the ‘McCafé Coffee Voucher Pack’ and would like to redeem my Coffee Deals, but my preferred restaurant has run out of my preferred McCafé beverage at the moment. What should I do?

We’re sorry about that! You can redeem your McCafé Coffee Deal at another nearby McDonald’s or come back another day within your deal’s validity period.

 

Q: Can I upgrade my drink when redeeming a McCafé Coffee Deal? 

Yes! You may choose to upgrade your beverage during redemption:

  • +$1 for White Chocolate Macadamia Latte (Hot/Iced)
  • +$2 for any Frappé of choice (Double Chocolate/Caramel/Mocha) 

Upgrade availability may vary by restaurant and is subject to availability.

 

Q: Can I extend the validity of the 6 McCafé Coffee Deals? Can I get a refund if I did not redeem all the McCafé Coffee Deals in the Coffee Voucher Pack before it expires?

Each McCafé Coffee Deal is valid for 30 days from the Coffee Voucher Pack purchase date. Unfortunately, we’re unable to extend expired deals or provide refunds for unused or expired deals.

 

Q: I redeemed my McCafé Coffee Deal but the item was missing in my order. Can I get a refund?

We’re sorry to hear that. If you’re still in the restaurant, please approach a crew member for assistance. Otherwise, you may contact us via the ‘Contact Us’ page by clicking here.

 

Q: I redeemed my McCafé Coffee Deal but did not manage to collect my order. Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, McCafé Coffee Deals cannot be refunded once redeemed. If you’re still in the restaurant, please approach a crew member for assistance.
 

Q: Can I redeem more than one McCafé Coffee Deal in the same transaction?

We appreciate your enthusiasm! However, to ensure fairness and availability for all members, only one McCafé Coffee Deal can be redeemed per transaction. You can redeem the other deals on separate visits within the McCafé Coffee Deals’ validity period.
 

Q: Can I transfer my McCafé Coffee Deals to someone else?

Coffee Deals are linked to your McDonald’s app account and are non-transferable. However, you can always redeem the coffee yourself and brighten someone’s day by giving them the drink! 

 

Q: If I delete my McDonald's app and re-install it, can I still retrieve the vouchers?

Don’t worry — your McCafé Coffee Deals are safe! They’ll be restored whenever you log back into your account. Just remember, they expire 30 days from your initial purchase of the Coffee Voucher Pack.

 

Q: I have purchased the Coffee Voucher Pack but did not receive any McCafé Coffee Deals or less than 6 McCafé Coffee Deals. What should I do? 

Please allow up to 15 minutes for your Coffee Deals to appear in your app. If the issue persists, please contact us via the ‘Contact Us’ page in the McDonald’s app or by clicking here and we’ll sort it out for you.

 

Q: Do I need to redeem the McCafé Coffee Deals at the same restaurant that I purchased the Coffee Voucher Pack?

Nope! You may redeem your Coffee Deals at any participating McDonald’s restaurant in Singapore. Just select the correct restaurant on your McDonald’s app when redeeming your McCafé Coffee Deals.

 

Q: Can I purchase the McCafé Coffee Voucher Pack at the Drive-Thru?

No. The McCafé Coffee Voucher Pack must be purchased via Mobile Order (Pick-up/Dine-In only) in the McDonald’s app. Selecting Drive-Thru as a pick-up option may result in payment being processed without the issuance of Coffee Deals.

 

Q: I purchased the McCafé Coffee Voucher Pack but I don’t see my Coffee Deals yet. What should I do?

After successful purchase, your six (6) McCafé Coffee Deals will be issued to your ‘Deals & Rewards’ section within up to 15 minutes. If you do not see the deals after 15 minutes, please ensure you are logged into the correct account and refresh your app. Should the issue persist, please contact us through our ‘Contact Us’ page on the McDonald’s app or by clicking here.

 

Q: Where can I check the expiry date of my McCafé Coffee Deals?

The expiry date of each McCafé Coffee Deal is displayed in the ‘Deals & Rewards’ section of your McDonald’s app. Each deal is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of purchase of the McCafé Coffee Voucher Pack. No expiry reminders will be issued.

Terms & Conditions – McCafé Coffee Voucher Pack

Effective Period:

The McCafé Coffee Voucher Pack (“Voucher Pack”) is available for purchase via the McDonald’s app from 8 Jun 2026 at 0900 hours until 5 July 2026 at 2355 hours, subject to availability and while stocks last.

  1. Eligibility & Purchase

    1. To purchase the Voucher Pack, you must be a registered user and logged into your McDonald’s app account.
    2. Each Voucher Pack is priced at S$9.90 and is available exclusively through the McDonald’s app.
    3. The Coffee Voucher Pack must be purchased via Mobile Order (Pick-up/Dine-In only) through the McDonald’s app. Purchase via Drive-Thru, McDelivery or Self-Ordering Kiosk (SOK) is not permitted.
    4. Each Voucher Pack comprises six (6) McCafé Coffee Deals (“Coffee Deals”), which will be credited to your ‘Deals & Rewards’ section upon successful purchase.
    5. Each registered McDonald’s app account may purchase multiple McCafé Coffee Voucher Packs during the Promotion Period, unless otherwise stated.
    6. Voucher Packs are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash once purchased.
       

  2. Voucher Issuance & Redemption

    1. Upon purchase, six (6) Coffee Deals will be automatically issued to your ‘Deals & Rewards’ section in the McDonald’s app.
    2. Issuance of the six (6) Coffee Deals may take up to fifteen (15) minutes from the time of successful purchase.
    3. Each Coffee Deal is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of purchase of the Voucher Pack.
    4. Coffee Deals may be redeemed only via the McDonald’s app at participating McDonald’s restaurants in Singapore through the following channels: 
      • Front Counter
      • Mobile Order
      • Self-Ordering Kiosk (SOK)
      • Drive-Thru
         
    5. Coffee Deals are not valid for redemption via any delivery platforms 
      (e.g. McDelivery®/FoodPanda/GrabFood).
       

  3. Product Scope & Validity

    1. Coffee Deals are valid only for the following McCafé beverages: 
      • Americano (Hot / Iced)
      • Latte (Hot / Iced)
      • Cappuccino
    2. Customers may choose to upgrade their beverage during redemption:
      • +$1 for a White Chocolate Macadamia Latte (Hot/Iced)

      • +$2 for any Frappé of choice (Double Chocolate/Caramel/Mocha)

        Upgrade charges apply per redemption and are subject to availability. 

    3. Other McCafé beverages, food items, or menu products are not eligible for redemption under this Voucher Pack.
    4. Availability of McCafé beverages is subject to stock at participating restaurants. In the event an item is unavailable, McDonald’s may, at its sole discretion, offer a suitable alternative of equal or greater value from the approved beverage list

  1. Redemption Rules

    1. Each Coffee Deal is valid for one (1) redemption per customer per transaction.
    2. Coffee Deals cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers.
    3. Unused Coffee Deals will be forfeited upon expiry and will not be reinstated.
       

  2. Refunds, Transfers & Limitations

    1. Once purchased, the Voucher Pack and Coffee Deals are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
    2. Coffee Deals are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered McDonald’s app account holder.
    3. Voucher Packs cannot be purchased using other vouchers, discounts, or promotional offers, unless expressly stated otherwise.
       

  3. General Terms

    1. McDonald’s reserves the right to:
      • Amend these Terms & Conditions;
      • Vary the product offerings;
      • Suspend or terminate the promotion period;

      • Change the list of participating restaurants;

        — all without prior notice.

    2. All redemptions are subject to availability and are valid only while stocks last. McDonald’s decision on all matters relating to the McCafé Coffee Voucher Pack shall be final and binding.
    3. McDonald’s Singapore reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice. By purchasing the McCafé Coffee Voucher Pack, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
