Q. Why am I unable to reserve?
To ensure we are fair to all MyM members who are interested in redeeming a McDonald's Lunch Bag Charm, we are making the product only available for redemption via the McDonald’s app.

Q: I have received a defective item. What should I do?

Hanbaobao Pte Ltd (McDonald’s®) (“McDonald’s”) McDonald's Lunch Bag Charm Promotion (the “Promotion”)

The Promotion involves the following terms & conditions:

Eligibility and Purchase Mechanics

This Promotion applies to those who are McDonald’s app account holders and have opted in to the MyMcDonald’s Rewards Programme membership (“MyM Members”)
Five hundred (500) queue cards will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis at each participating McDonald’s restaurant on 27/07/2026.
Only MyM Members who have successfully collected a queue card (“Participant”) will be eligible to redeem the “Lunch Bag Charm” Reward on the McDonald’s app (the “Reward”).
Participants must remain physically present in the queue at the participating McDonald’s restaurant after collecting their queue card. Participants who leave the queue for any reason will forfeit their queue position and/or eligibility to redeem the Reward, and no replacement queue card will be issued.

Each Participant is entitled to redeem only one (1) McDonald's Lunch Bag Charm with one thousand and five hundred (1500) MyMcDonald’s Rewards points (“MyM Points”) via the Reward only from 27/07/2026, 3pm.
Any MyM Member who redeems the Reward without presenting a valid queue card shall not be entitled to receive the Lunch Bag Charm. In such circumstances, no refund of MyM Points will be made.
McDonald’s reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to verify the validity of the queue card prior to fulfilment of the McDonald's Lunch Bag Charm. McDonald’s further reserves the right to refuse collection where a valid queue card cannot be presented at the time of redemption.
Redemptions and purchases are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable once successfully redeemed on the McDonald’s app.
If Participant finds a McDonald's Lunch Bag Charm to be defective and in need of replacement, a written request to https://custcare.mcdonalds.com.sg/hc/en-us/requests/new must be made by 12/08/2026 21:00 attaching supporting photographs or videos of the defects, failing which Participant shall forfeit the right to request a replacement Lunch Bag Charm and no refunds whatsoever will be provided.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, a defective Lunch Bag Charm eligible for replacement shall be limited to missing components, physical damage, printing errors or defects that require replacement solely in McDonald’s opinion and discretion. McDonald’s reserves the sole right and discretion to review and validate defect claims on a case-by-case basis and determine the need and type of replacement. Defects caused by loss, misplacement, misuse, wear and tear, or personal damage will not be eligible for replacement. There will be no replacement of the packaging.
Thereafter, Participants agree and accept that McDonald's is not liable for any subsequent claims or request for replacement of a defective Lunch Bag Charm for any reasons whatsoever, and no refunds whatsoever will be provided.

Additional Conditions

Failure to comply with each of the above terms shall forfeit Participant’s eligibility to redeem the Lunch Bag Charm.
In participating in this Promotion, the Participant agrees to be photographed and consents to McDonald's and its affiliates to use his/her name and image for publicity purposes in connection with the Promotion without any further compensation and/or further notification. In the event any Participant elects not to be photographed and/or does not allow McDonald's and its affiliates to use his/her name and image for publicity purposes in connection with the Promotion, Participant shall highlight this to McDonald’s immediately, and no later than arrival at the participating McDonald’s restaurants, and McDonald's the absolute discretion to disqualify Participant’s eligibility to redeem the Lunch Bag Charm.
By participating in this Promotion, the Participant consents to McDonald’s and its affiliates, collecting, using or disclosing the Participant’s personal data that was submitted under this Promotion and that McDonald’s and its affiliates may have in our records from time to time. Such personal data may include without limitation the Participant’s name, telephone number and email address as well as their image, picture, photographs or likeness. The Participant confirms they have read and understood and that they agree to the McDonald’s Privacy Policy.
The purposes for which personal data collected by McDonald’s and its affiliates from the Participant may be used and/ or shared with third parties include but are not limited to conducting and administering the Promotion and communicating with the Participant in relation to the Promotion.
Participants should ensure their communication settings and personal details in the McDonald’s app have been updated to ensure McDonald’s and its affiliates can reach them for any reason whatsoever in respect of the Reward.
McDonald’s and its affiliates shall not be liable to the Participants for damages, losses, costs or expenses, lost profits, revenue, business or anticipated savings suffered or incurred by the Participant arising out of or about their participation in the Promotion or the redemption, purchase, collection or the use of the Lunch Bag Charm.

McDonald's reserves the right to amend or introduce other terms to ensure safety and order at the participating McDonald’s restaurants and Participant shall comply with said terms, failing which Participant will not be entitled to redeem the Lunch Bag Charm.
McDonald’s and its affiliates reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time and without any prior notice. Continued participation in this Promotion will constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions and any amendments thereof.
If any of these Terms are held to be illegal or unenforceable, such Terms shall be deemed to be deleted from these Terms and the validity or enforceability of the remainder of the Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and all Participants agree to be bound by the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore Courts.
In the event of any dispute in relation to the eligibility of the Participants or the Terms herein, each Participant hereby agrees that the decision of McDonald's shall be final and binding.
McDonald’s and its affiliates reserve the rights to change the mechanics of this promotion.
McDonald’s and its affiliates reserve the right to end this promotion at any time.
