Q: When and where will McDonald's BITE CLUB take place?
McDonald's BITE CLUB will be held at McDonald's Aperia Mall on 30 and 31 October 2026, from 9pm to 11pm.
Registration begins at 8.30pm.
Q: What is included in my McDonald's BITE CLUB invitation?
Each successful redemption entitles the MyM Rewards member and one (1) accompanying guest to attend McDonald's BITE CLUB on their selected event date.
Both attendees will enjoy:
- An exclusive first taste of the NEW McCrispy™ Fried Chicken, ahead of its official launch on 5 November 2026.
- Free-flow servings of the NEW McCrispy™ Fried Chicken during the event.

Q: Will food be provided during the event?
Yes! Get ready to sink your teeth into our NEW McCrispy™ Fried Chicken before everyone else!
Attendees can enjoy free-flow servings of our NEW McCrispy™ Fried Chicken during the event, along with the ALL-NEW Colesaw for a perfect pairing, strictly for dine-in consumption only.
Q: Can I take away any food from McDonald's BITE CLUB?
No. All food provided during McDonald's BITE CLUB is strictly for dine-in consumption only. Takeaways, including packing food for consumption outside the restaurant, are not permitted.
Q: Can I attend McDonald's BITE CLUB on both 30 and 31 October?
Yes, provided you have successfully redeemed a separate invitation for each event date.
Each invitation is valid for one (1) event date only. A separate redemption of 2,500 MyM Rewards points is required for each date, subject to availability.
Q: Can I attend on a different date from the date stated on my invitation?
No. Each invitation is strictly valid for the selected event date and cannot be used for admission on another date.
Q: Can I bring more than one accompanying guest?
No. Each invitation admits a maximum of two (2) pax, comprising the redeeming MyM Rewards member and one (1) accompanying guest.
Additional guests will not be admitted.
Q: What time should I arrive for the event?
Registration begins at 8.30pm, and the event will run from 9pm to 11pm.
We encourage all attendees to arrive early to allow sufficient time for registration and entry verification.
Q: Do I need to bring my accompanying guest along during registration?
Yes. Please arrive together with your accompanying guest and present your valid invitation code to our crew for verification and admission.
Each attendee will receive a wristband upon successful registration. Wristbands must be worn throughout the event.
Q: Will there be photography and videography at the event?
Yes. Photography and videography will take place during McDonald's BITE CLUB for publicity and promotional purposes.
By redeeming an invitation and attending the event, participants and their accompanying guests are required to consent to being photographed and filmed, including the use of their images and likenesses in McDonald's publicity and promotional materials.
Attendees who do not provide the required consent will not be eligible to participate in the event.

Q: When will the McDonald's BITE CLUB reward be available for redemption?
Redemption begins on 28 October 2026, from 3pm onwards via the McDonald's app.
There are two (2) separate rewards available, one for each event date:
- McDonald's BITE CLUB – 30 October 2026
- McDonald's BITE CLUB – 31 October 2026
Each event date is limited to the first fifty (50) successful redemptions, while stocks last.
Q: How many MyM Rewards points are required to redeem an invitation?
Each invitation requires 2,500 MyM Rewards points and admits a maximum of two (2) pax, including the redeeming member.
Q: How many invitations can I redeem?
Each MyM Rewards member may redeem a maximum of one (1) invitation per event date, subject to availability.
Members may redeem one invitation for 30 October and one invitation for 31 October, with each redemption requiring 2,500 MyM Rewards points.
Q: Is there a minimum purchase required to redeem the invitation?
No minimum purchase is required. You will only need 2,500 MyM Rewards points to redeem an invitation.
Q: Can I redeem an invitation if I do not have sufficient MyM Rewards points?
No. You must have at least 2,500 MyM Rewards points in your account for each redemption.
Q: Can I purchase an invitation to McDonald's BITE CLUB instead?
No. Invitations are not available for purchase and can only be redeemed using MyM Rewards points via the McDonald's app.
Q: Can I reserve an invitation without redeeming my points?
No. Invitations are available on a first-come, first-served basis via the McDonald's app. An invitation is secured only upon successful redemption.
Q: I am facing issues redeeming my McDonald's BITE CLUB invitation. What should I do?

Q: My points were deducted, but I did not receive my invitation code. What should I do?
Please refresh your McDonald's app after a few moments and visit the 'Deals & Rewards' tab to check for your reward. If you are still unable to view your reward, please contact us via the 'Contact Us' page on our website.
Q: I've redeemed an invitation but can no longer attend. Can I get a refund of my MyM Rewards points?
All redemptions are final. MyM Rewards points are non-refundable in the event of a change of mind or non-attendance.

Q: Will additional invitations be released once all slots are redeemed?
Invitations to McDonald's BITE CLUB are strictly limited to fifty (50) redemptions per event date, while stocks last.
